The founder Shri Raman Balu (Ex-BHEL), present Managing Director is the architect & the man behind the success story of UEPL.

The company has broad network of operations throughout India serving the Nation by constructing Power Plants as per the exacting requirements of the owners through EPC organization. The company has contributed in generation of more than 16,000 MW of power till date.

The company specializes in the erection of steam turbines, gas turbines with their associated generators and auxiliaries, fossil fuel fired boilers, waste heat recovery steam generators, power cycle piping and balance of plant including flue gas desulphurization (FGD) plant.
